Carly Rae Jepsen covers the January 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine and she looks like she is ready to take her career to a next level. Does that mean we'll be seeing her more regularly on fashion covers and in editorials? Maybe (I just had to throw the 'maybe' in there). I like Carly's style of not trying to fit in with other celebrities style, but I hope somewhere in the future she does something about her hair. Anyone else has style advice for Carly? Maybe?
