Max Mara: Resort 2014 Collection. @tfnow

The Max Mara Resort 2014 collection is radiating with colors of bright blues and other hues that add a punch of energy. The over-sized look seem to be making a trend as pants, raincoats and tops are all designed with excess fabric. Though the color blocking trend is past, this collection has somehow found a way to work it into the overall color mood. Which look/s is your favorite? Fashion Drama At Sizzle Miami 2013. @tfnow

There were waterfront runway shows, boat, beach and nightly parties galore this weekend in Miami for Sizzle 2013. Thousands of mostly African American gays, converged for the annual Miami Sizzle themed parties. However, it was the fashions that also were part of the soirees.

There were fashion trends such as clutch purses, lots of prints and camouflage, with color palettes in shades of sea foam blues, yellows and greens. True Fashionista Now was on some of the scenes with media sponsor, Gay Black Travel.  Check out some of the looks for yourself, as these fashionistas bring you the fashion drama to the party. Gucci: Resort 2014 Collection. @tfnow

The inspiration for the Gucci Resort 2014 collection is the tropical Rio de Janeiro in South America. There are silk crepe de chine pants galore, which seem so beach resort luxe, when paired with an airy blouse or worked into the design of a jumpsuit. I love the maxi-dress silhouette, which almost give all the looks in this collection a easy breezy caftan aesthetic. What I love most though, is the color tone of the fabrics, or is it because it's photographed this way? The colors remind me of precious translucent ocean gems. Which are your fave/s?
