Oslo Fashion Week: TSH S/S 2013.

Spring is definitely in the air and summer too, at TSH's latest collection inspired by nature and simply called "Spring Flower".  The dress designs feature laser cut flowers on bodice gowns and color pallets are in full bloom with salmon, mint, fuchsia and yellow. The shapes and silhouettes are elongated which creates an air of sensuality and femininity.  The sequined embroidery combined with the laser cut petal motifs are almost 3D-like and add a flair of elegance. The use of chiffon and silk to create her love for flowers seem seamless as a fabric used for her masterpieces. Nature and fashion never looked so good with these looks on the the runway, and TSH is definitely my favorite collection to date, at Oslo Fashion Week this year.

Oslo Fashion Week: Tonje Jacobsen S/S 2013.

Oslo Fashion Week commenced yesterday in Oslo, Norway with their latest season of spring/summer 2013 collections to be showcased by newcomers and established designers. Tonje Jacobsen, a Norweigan newcomer  designer to the catwalk, showcased looks that were relaxed and airy, using silks and cotton fabrics. Shades of grey and ice blue are color palettes that add to the mood of grace mixed with casual chic. The silhouettes are non definite and the texture are a playful billowing of fabric that is carefully created for a gorgeous shift dress or long trousers. The designer took her inspiration from 'rainy mornings and a sea-view' for her first collection that is indeed a quiet fashionably breath of fresh air of creative vision and style.

Oslo Fashion Week: Mariette S/S12 Collection.

Oslo's Fashion Week in Norway continues to rock the runway with their S/S12 collection such as designer Mariette.  The fabric used in this collection seem very light and airy and lends itself to the flowing panel dresses that we see in some of the looks. The color palette is scattered with splashes of lavender or pink hues and turquoise blues that are so refreshing.  Check them out for yourselves and get ready for these looks next spring. Which ones are your favorite/s?

Oslo Fashion Week: Moods Of Norway S/S12 Collection.

The color trends are khaki browns, oranges, dark blues and yellows for the Moods Of Norway S/S12 collection at Oslo Fashion Week in Norway.  The looks are preppy and the male plaid suits or shorts paired with jacket and shirt is very sporty and playful.  The mood for the clothes is fresh, polished and fun. Oslo Fashion Week: Armando Santos S/S12 Collection.

Oslo Fashion Week kicked off this week in Norway and here are some of the looks from the Armando Santos S/S12 collection. Indeed, a splash of color in this collection has made it exciting on the catwalks of Norway because I've seen enough whites.  I love that Santos has also made it sophisticatedly chic and light with the lavender hues with his designs and visions. The applique dresses are beautiful and very 'gals at a tea party.'  We love it Armando!!  Follow and connect with us on Facebook for more pics and fashion news.
