Anne Hathaway covers the February 2013 issue of Harper's Bazaar UK magazine, and it looks like the current hot actress will continue into the New Year with fashion covers as Hollywood's hot fashionista. We're not really sure about this cover choice though, based on the face expression, while we believe she is trying to give good face. Love the bejeweled bustier and arm bracelet.
