The Palais de Versailles was the backdrop for the latest Chanel Cruise 2013 collection last night. Georgia May Jagger and over 70 other models strutted the garden's natural gravel catwalk with designs from Karl Lagerfeld's creations. The looks were very Marie Antoinette in the 21st-century such as short sun dresses that resemble infamous lavish ball gowns that the controversial queen was known for. Denims, boucle, gold knits and leather are the fabrics, that Lagerfeld uses so well to showcase his vision for todays' fashionistas. Today's ultra modern Marie Antoinettes, are gals with colored bobs and sun hats with beauty spots intertwined with their makeup.
