Michelle Obama wore a cobalt blue Vera Wang gown to attend the Kennedy Center honors reception last evening. The first lady is definitely the center of fashion attention in the 'it' color of the season, as President Barack Obama glides her along those perfectly polished tiled floors of the White House to the reception.
